Returns Policy

Here at DC Aquatics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, if in the unfortunate event that for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to ensure you peace of mind, with updates at every stage. 

Please review the following guidelines for returning items: 

Eligible Items for Returns - We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:  

- A return request is made within 30 days from the date of original purchase. 

- The item/s are in their original condition, unopened and unused.  

- The item/s were purchased directly from DC Aquatics. (Please note that we cannot process returns for products purchased from third-party sellers or other retailers.) 

Non-Returnable Items - The following items are not eligible for return unless they are deemed to be defective or damaged by the customer service team: 

- Perishable goods, such as live foods or live plants. 

- Products that have been opened, used or are not in their original condition  

- Items marked as clearance, final sale or non-returnable.   

Our Return Process: 

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 

- Contact our friendly customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return and obtain a return authorisation. 

- Pack the item/s securely in their original packaging, including any accessories, manuals or promotional materials. 

- Include a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation email in the return package. 

- Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team.  

(Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.) 

Inspection following return: 

Once we have received the returned item/s, our team will update you to let you know they have your return, they will then inspect the item/s to ensure the return meets our return eligibility criteria, at this point they will contact you to resolve the issue promptly by providing a replacement, refund or store credit depending on the circumstances. 

Policy Changes: 

DC Aquatics reserves the right to modify or update the returns policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to this policy will not affect returns requested before the date of the policy modification.
